If it wasnt the Ramsey's, it could only be Bill McReynolds the guy who played Santa Claus for Jon Benet. He had an obsession with her. I still think someone in the Ramsey family committed the crime; the have always acted suspicious and treated this more like a legal case rather than a domestic crime against their daughter.

the father, nor the brother had anything to do with her death. there was UN KNOWN male dna found on her body. denver police kept facts from the public in order to cover their own asses after botching the crime scene. there was another little girl in the same area raped in her bedroom by a stranger not long before jonbenet was murdered. that little girl also would have been murdered but her mother heard noises and walked in as the man fled and escaped. have they ever compared the dna found on both little girls bodies?????????????? stop pointing a finger at a grieving and aging father who wants a killer convicted before he dies. why wont colorado release the dna for forensic testing?? why are they trying so hard to keep the truth from coming out???

John, Patsy and Burke Ramsey WILL be found INNOCENT of that horrendous crime. Many, many people owe them apologies beginning with the Boulder police department.

THAT police dept WONT agree to advanced DNA efforts here bc they dont want egg on their face about how they handled this case. IF they DID allow it, the evidence will come right back to johns family doorstep, but its not him and its not patsy, its burke. he had motive (he was angry jealous of JB), the weapon (the flashlights curved flare was a perfect match to her head wound impact site) and look at the video of his coming out of the funeral. he was skipping, smiling, chewing gum while his following parents were choked up grieving...the parents covered it up bc they didnt want to lose the only child they had left....he struck JB in a tantrum, cracked her skull, the parents covered it up, laid her in the basement, patsy wrote the ransom note (kinda evident) then called all their friends to ¨SEARCH¨ for JB, thereby contaminating the scene out of control, and staged the whole discovery scene. patsys dead, john remarried, everyone moved out of the area, and now the father has little or no contact with the son. very telling....

Geraldo has much to apologize and be ashamed for. Wait for that life review. Media is despicable, what YOU folks did to the Ramseys is hideous. Reading these comments I conclude Geraldo is an idiot and people are way too in love with their egos, proclaiming who did it. I'm with the detective who was the smartest one in the whole bunch and has the respect of his peers - it was a break in outside job. There is much evidence she was tazed, the guy who may have done it says he broke in and was in there 5 hours while they were away and knew exactly how things laid out. Yeah he may not be brought to trial, doesn't mean he didn't do it.

As one of the detectives said, there is good reason to believe the DNA samples were messed up and THAT is why there isn't a match. RIP Jon Benet, Boulder will never be able to make up for their huge errors, esp as they take no responsibility. I hope a new group of people running the place finally make them proud

The criminologists have also said that the DNA they have may not be reliable or complete enough to actually clear, accuse or find anyone (through familial DNA). That maybe it was a mistake to have made any eliminations. Everyone is still suspect because the DNA evidence they have can’t be relied on to rule anyone in or out. All this DNA talk is just a smokescreen to obscure the real picture. IMO
