My Ex Seems Happy After Breakup

08/09/2022: Me & My GF of 5 years have called it a day.Her Choice lost feelings!! I was mature about it and said she needs to be happy.
This also happened in Feb 2021 and wanted me back in July 2021…Which we did.Her hysterectomy Op in 2020 change her,Sent her in to early menopause. I really hope this turns around!!
She’s had a lot go off her life this year.Her mum has been diagnosed with throat cancer & her daughter has has mental health problems for the first half of this year!!
. We work at the same place
. She’s not asked me to pick up my clothes from hers
. Said she wants me to sit with her at dinner time still ( work )
. Still got our pics on her FB
. She’s NOT bagged my clothes up and told me to pick them up

Obviously we work at the same place,I’ve been applying no contact since last week ( the split ) , Walked in canteen for my dinner could see her sat at our table with the neck stuck out looking where I was going.
As I paid for my food went to eat in the other side,All I could hear was
“Luke” luke “ sit here…. I was so confused,but never sat down! Just said I need to off back to work. Gets back to my office which is 5 mins away,pulled my phone out and have a message of her asking if I’m okay?!?!

Random message sent from her yesterday evening! She works crazy hours (Always has ) , Saying thank you for leaving a gift on her and her coworkers locker. I never answered for an hour or 2! Then bluntly sent to her I haven’t… / She text back straight away

Bumped in to her at work today she was again been weirdly nice(Asking how I am! What I’m doing at the gym, and telling me she’s not feeling good and she’s on edge all the time. I was like Ohhh 😮 hope you get better. I made out I had to go…… As I was walking away,she shouted me to come back and said I’ll have to come and pick my clothes up at some point over the weekend… I was like yes,No problems!

Funny thing he always comes back but Ive made it to easy. So he thinks I'll always be there..🤔 I've learned so much from you thank you.

Peak chemicals at 45 days

Me at day 21: migraine attack, panic attacks, constant spiraling, disassociating, feelings of intense fear and abandonment, a feeling I can only describe as being in the middle of the ocean, lost, with no direction or idea how to get back to land.

What if the relationship was only 4 months is that descent amount of time? It was a really good 4 months as well. I’m in no contact with him now for 3 weeks

Sometimes your so called friends...wanna see you fail because they have never had a good relationship themselves...so they will give you bad advise,maybe even stick their nose in your biz..(phine calls,E-mails,etc)...so Lee could very well be correct..

Jealous friends..WANT..to see you fail...because they want what you might of had...so taking their advise...is stupid..

It's been a Month since the break up and 21 days no contact. Yesterday i Was at my friends house and his sister is the BEST friend of my ex and she said "She is so happy without you right now" I didn't say anything and just moved my shoulders up as if I don't care. And then changed the subject. But I'm kind of overthinking right now. Does anyone have some "advice" for me ?

I'm at NC around almost 2 months now, but we spoke normally 2-3 times during this period, only when she contacted me. I just responded normally giving not much about my life. I tried radio silence also for around 12 days in these 2 months. One random day my gf posted a picture with her crush (i know this bcz when we were together she herself had told me, she's JUST attracted to him, and there's nthn). Even after this obviously i was upset and angry but didn't respond anything. And today she has posted kinda a hot picture of her on IG. (3rd post in 4 weeks, lol) But today after so many days it doesn't hurt me, idk why. I thought about contacting her today but i saw her post before doing that, so i think i shouldn't do it today. Probably she wants me to, with her actions, but it was her "break" she wanted so unless she ends it saying those words i think i won't be contacting her.

My ex contacted me after two weeks to test the waters, I was nice and polite and let the conversation fade, she’s not posting happy pics on social media, I heard from mutual friends she’s desperate, depressed and she’s finding the courage to talk to me again. Last week she unblock me from all her social media expecting me to contact her, but I didn’t, this is the 4th week and so far No Contact is working. You have to be willing to let it be and what will happen, will happen. You deserve someone that knows they want to be with you. Post break up, work on a life for yourself.

Do they think about you? Of course.

I have had 4 exes in my life and all 4 eventually reached out. When they see you doing well, that’s when they’ll reach out. Work on yourself. It’s a bonus if they come back. It’s an even bigger bonus if you get back together

My wifelussen to many outsiders ( her friends)

My ex still wants to be friends, she said she loves and cares for me, however, she wants to date and met someone while on vacation 3 hours away and there was a spark, she then went on to say they texted for a bit but she recently stopped because it wasn't going anywhere, I think she's keeping me on the hook as a backup plan.

at school I see her really happy , but that's when she's with her friends and she's laughing with them. been in no contact almost 3 weeks . fingers crossed its working

I made all the mistakes. I lost him forever. I didn’t beg, but expressed my feelings, talked to two friends I’m not even sure how much they keep private, I asked him if he’s actually dating our coworker because it’s cruel to make me feel stuck at work watching this, and nagged. She also said that she was having a tough time processing our breakup (I gave her the breakup) and she has anxiety and gets angry when I come over. She also said that we need time away from each other as well. I'm not pressuring her, no texting, no phone calls, no contact really on my end. What does this mean coming from her end? My ex was horrible to me for weeks leading up to the break up. I finally reacted and he used that as a reason to leave...

About 5 weeks later we had a conversation where he was so unbelievably cruel to me.

I since blocked him everywhere but last night I made the mistake of seeing if he changed his Instagram photo and he had.
It was a real 'im so happy now I'm free and single' kind of photo... It killed me.

He's a very troubled person and I was nothing but good to him. I don't think he will realise that I was the best woman to ever enter his life until he starts dating again

I love him a lot..i poured my feelings on him to not put stress on me.. when he is in stress he uses bad words on me.. there is nothing when we fight too,,but when he puts stress on me that makes me angry and 2 days back.. i told him everything that u r putting stress on me... after i typed a long message he told good mrng as normal.. and i told him whether he received the msgs i sent.. he told he saw it and he asked me.. tell me what u expected..and he is telling me that i am having high expectations on him..i got very angry on this and told i have no expectations and he blocked me.. not understanding what to do..and he put bio in his whatsapp status that.. brothers before others❤❤..i am devastated by that..
