Bro Farcry 3 was something! Then FC4 wasn't the same but they did good enough. Atleast we had a speaking character, with a family background.
From FC5, they chased gender neutral and killed the protagonist.

Don't hate me for this, but I always pick the "bad" ending as it fits Jason's character development better, for me personally.

He's truly gone off the deep end, and he really believes that he is part of the Rakyat prophecy to be the ultimate warrior. (and isn't he though?)

He doesn't try to comfort his girlfriend at all. He simply says goodbye with a dead tone.

Jason brody sympathizers will look at this dude refuse to escape the island to kill more people and say "yeah this shit smells like self defense"

I really feel that this is apart of people (more specifically men) than anyone gives credit for. I mean anyone that likes the adrenaline would become hooked, and having complete dominance over everyone that gets in your way? Holy shit I’d give up everything to be in that position, just as jason does.

god this dialogue is unreal. You can tell Jason has checked out of real life. you can tell that everyone else except Lisa realizes Jason is a cold blooded killer. You can tell that he's lost in this raw, dangerous environment. Incredible acting on the VA's part

I love how Daisy is not confused but upset, like she already knows that something was wrong, like this was gonna happen and after that "Killing feels like winning" talk.

At the beginning of the game we see that Jason was naive and not used to the environment of the jungle being hesitant to shoot anyone when Dennis Rogers gave him money to buy a 1911 pistol at the gun-shop but the he later realizes that the only way he going to leave the island was to help the rakyat to capture outposts story missions involving saving his friends and getting his revenge from vass for killing his brother grant as time progresses he turns more relentless and braver than ever

Fuck Liza she was ungrateful from the start. Jason belongs on the island.

This game is WAYYYYYY better than the other Far Cry game. Period

Did Jason stay on the island or not? Because one group of people is saying that he didn't stay and the other group is saying that he stayed.

No game has reproduced such emotions like Farcry 3 imo. Playing this game was an experience.

I think this is one of the best scenes in the game because it shows how much this Island changed Jason imagine being stranded on an Island seeing your brother get Killed and having to kill other people without having any time to reflect

At that point, Jason only wanted to destroy Hoyt's business as revenge for Grant and then later Riley.

Gotta say this scene made me cringe, shake my head and laugh at how half assed it was. Those two dudes are supposed to be his friends, they didn't so much as try to talk to that dumb ass. I just don't get those who agree with him either. Like bih you know where you should be. Never mind this mystical tatau shit, especially since, you know, fiction. Can't get too much into that though, as that would start nitpicking the whole game. And fuck Citra. She dirty. But I know for sure I wouldn't be for ditching my life in LA for that island riddled with animals that can merk your ass. Which reminds me of how hilarious it is to watch people get assaulted by said animals. Seeing a handful of pirates get nerfed by a couple flightless birds is glorious.

Jason arc from a sheltered rich kid to lethal jungle predator was so interesting. It's a shame every Farcry since has never captured the same feelings
