I think saying Anakin was distracted during the Mustafar fight is a cop-out. Being disciplined and under control is as much part of a person's power as say midichlorian count or what you call it. Not so much a nerf but being actually emotionally unreliable in the whole of the story Even in the Sith ranking you mention he's conflicted and weak to lightning.
Why would weakness to lightning not influence (lower) Vader's power ranking as it's a part of the sum of his abilities?

This scaling does one thing: make it clear thst there is no consistency in Legends canon. Revan should not be able to beat Sidious or Yoda at max, and could not beat Vitiate. He would definitely wallop most others. Revan would not be able to defeat Mace in lightsaber combat but would be able to defeat nearly anyone else with force powers.
Starkiller is awesome but he kind of breaks the story continuity.

Full potential anakin and grandmaster Luke skywalker have been stated by George Lucas to basically be the same level of power. Someone asked him how powerful would full potential Anakin be? And George responded that we already know the answer in Grandmaster Luke skywalker, and all the potential Anakin had was passed directly onto Luke and Leia, with Luke actually reaching the full potential of the one.

The rivalry between the Jedi and the Sith is such a brilliant piece of story writing, since the assumption that they should be enemies is the greatest weakness of both factions, and Luke is the only character to ever really question the need for it. At the end of the day, they are just rival schools of Force users, too busy being NOT whatever the others are, to seek any real self-actualization. Luke's ability to "forget" that, is the rotten foundation to the post-trilogy.

This is ridiculous. If Revan from the novel no longer counts as Jedi, and in MMO no longer even counts as Dark Jedi then there's no way Starkiller belongs on this list. And none of Anakin's feats from Revenge of the Sith are relevant either. He's definitely a dark side user in every lightsaber fight he has in that movie, no movies are still canon in Legends, the novels do not supercede them. And again, if every Sith is stronger then the last, ordained by the will of the Force, there's no reason this wouldn't apply to Lord Vitiate. Thus all the Outlander feats are irrelevant in terms of scaling anyway.

I don't think Qui Gon gets enough credit. He was able to basically match Maul while in his 50 or 60s and while using one of the most physically taxing lightsaber forms. But I guess Phantom Menace Maul was far from his peak.
