Love this video well informative.
ОтветитьWell, that answers my question because I do not know how to operate tools or fix things. I’m a single woman lives by myself, so I guess that I am what she would call screwed.😊
Ответить# 7 Capital ( ie money or income source) for building or preparing your off grid property, a lot of folks don’t realize how much it cost to start a Homestead / off grid living. 😊
Ответить😊❤️🇨🇦
Ответить👍
ОтветитьPerfect thank you
ОтветитьOn your commitment about human waist... Using as fertilizer. You cannot use it on eg vegetables it will make you ill . You can use it on things like a lawn or flower beds. Go check this out. 😮
ОтветитьNice job Nick!
ОтветитьInformative , good info, did forget capital,
You guys are ahead of the game. It’s good to have a willing partner
I just bought the Anker F3800, I hope it works out.
Ответитьnice video and later
ОтветитьThank you appreciate , be safe
ОтветитьNICE! So many people make these things sooooo looooong - very nice vid :)
ОтветитьJen looks lovely in the closing shot of your video
Ответить👍
ОтветитьGood afternoon 👍✌️🙏
ОтветитьFINALLY 30K SUBSCRIBERS 👍👍👍
ОтветитьOne day I want to have 20 or more acres and live off grid
ОтветитьAwesome video! Nick!!
Ответить👍 I thought a big tractor would have made the list, you have certainly needed and used it heaps 😅 thank you for the info
Ответить6th you need to be a young guy like you I am to old but build a lot of homes I should try to remember and count how many.
ОтветитьGreat vid! ❤🎉
ОтветитьExcellent choice in deciding to use a Schneider Electric low frequency, transformer based inverter charger instead of one of those cheap Chinese made high frequency, transformerless inverters.
ОтветитьGood list, well thought out. Lemme add a couple...one you already have. A wife, spouse, partner, that you love, and can get along with. Building a house is one of the top stressors a couple can go through, and you two have made it. Being out in the middle of nowhere with someone that ya don't get along with...no thanks. 44 years of marriage and my wife is still my best friend, my partner, and my love. One more...I would humbly suggest you get a backup for your internet source of information. I mean books...a library. Books don't go down when the tech fails, books don't need your phone or computer or tablet to access them. I have about 50 books on electricity, plumbing, cooking, preparing and canning, stuff like that. I got most before we got the net...I think they are worth having.
Ответить👍👍
ОтветитьIt would be difficult for me to narrow it down to just five things, One very important thing is the funds to afford the things you either make or buy. I'd have to throw in there for sure, some way to make money. BTW, I honestly thought I had seen all your videos, at least most of them. Somewhere I missed the septic tank, must have been earlier than I started watching!
ОтветитьSo how about a "Rent a Husband? don't we single ladies need that as #1
Ответить🇳🇴👍👍
ОтветитьAwesome advice. Thanks for sharing that
ОтветитьMost important, like you said must be mechanical inclined or using tools and get information to tell you how.
ОтветитьWhat about pickles or big red?😎
Thought they would make the list.
Good video, thanks for sharing!🌻
Thanks for doing this. Answered a lot of questions I had about your utilities.
ОтветитьGreat job on the video… very informative, sure covers the essentials.
ОтветитьI though safety and security would of made the list.
ОтветитьGood vodeo.
ОтветитьAbout your solar array. You guys said in your install video you put it at like 25 or 26 degrees. Well I looked it up and it needs to be 35 degrees to automatically shed snow from gravity. That's why you keep having to go out and clean them off all the time. You can also add some heaters to the backs of them that would melt the snow but thats using power to make power so that may not be the direction you wanna go.
Ответить👍👍✌️
ОтветитьA very interesting and informative video not for me too old and don't live in a country where it would be possible. I love your content from the UK.
ОтветитьA laundry dryer? Living offgrid? 😆😆😆
ОтветитьI think you guys have done super! You should be very proud.
ОтветитьMy hat's off to anyone that takes the leap to off grid. Especially with a family. Myself, in my days I always look forward to retirement/security. I'm 68 and both wife and I are retired and living our dream. You both look happy so, no reason why you shouldn't live your dream. I do enjoy watching, so thank you.
