ОтветитьThis was amazing! I really felt the burn throughout, and even more so because I added two pound ankle weights to really challenge myself and engage my core. Highly recommend adding 2 pound ankle weights for a more sweaty and intense version of this! It also gave me quicker results this way💜

ОтветитьI’m not even kidding, i could see small changes on DAY TWO. I am doing this with her 5 minutes lower abs workout and the changes are there. I also am on a claire deficit and drinking lots of water.

Hi! I have lordosis and i still can’t do some of those exercises since my core isn’t strong enough in order to put my strength there instead of my back. What should I do? Any tips?

Today marks Day 10 of my workout journey! I have been following some of Lidia’s routines, like her slimmer thighs and full-body Pilates workouts, and I am already feeling so much better. I have also tried Chloe Ting’s challenges, but Lidia’s workouts just make me feel and look better. I haven’t seen major changes yet, but I definitely feel more toned, and my belly isn't sticking out like it used to lol. So, if you're looking for some positive reassurance, trust me, you’ll see the results! Consistency is key (though I can be a bit inconsistent myself), but we got this, girlies!!

guys idk what it is about this worlout but unlike other workouts its SO RELAXING ✨ like other videos i have to force myself to do everyday but this is so calming and peaceful for no reason!! And also you might think (i did too) rhat relaxing means it wont work as good, but let me tell you i burned more doing this than a really fast going workout. The slow pace and slow movement made it even more of a challenge i think. Like 💯 recomend free mindfulness season and workout 😂

Can someone plz tell me what name of the songs?! This is the 3rd day in a row & I’m definitely noticing a huge difference in my core! I typically do yoga every AM & have been do8ng her 5min Pilates, I wanted to make it slight harder and YEP. most def felt that extra 5mins in my core the next day 😅

ОтветитьI want to get stronger because i do a lot of sports, so i’m going to start doing this workout now! Maybe it won’t be everyday but as often as possible!
✅Day 1: I did this workout + 5 min arm + 5 min legs. I was really tried after but felt so good!
✅Day 2: I did this workout + 10 min full body. I was exhausted by the end of it but it felt really good!
Day 3: I went for a run instead because i was really busy and have to run 2x a week for football.
Day 4: I had a sleepover at my friends house so i played in the snow and hung out with friends instead.
✅Day 5: I did this workout + 20 min full body + 5 min arm. It felt really good and it feels like it’s gotten a little bit easier!
Day 6: I had a 1h30 dance class and an exam i had to study for so i didn’t do it
✅Day 7: I did this workout + 10 min full body. It feels like this workout has gotten a lot easier!😊 + I also did a 5 min ab workout later in the day
✅Day 8: I finished the workout and it was actually really fun! My dog played with my legs as i was doing the workout and this is definitely going to be a core memory for me!❤
Day 9&10: I was really stressed because i had a lot of schoolwork, so i didn’t do it
✅Day 11: I completed the workout!
✅Day 12: I did this workout + 10 min full body. I also did another 10 min ab workout later in the day!
✅Day 13: I had 1h15 Jazz class + completed this workout!!!
Day 14: I was really busy and didn’t have time
✅Day 15: I completed the workout! I got interupted twice during the workout so it gave me extra breaks, hense why it felt a lot easier then usually😅
Day 16,17&18: I just went on school break so i spent time with my family!
✅Day 19: I completed this workout + The new 20 min full body!!!
✅Day 20: I did this workout + 20 min full body
✅Day 21: I did this workout! I was really tired and unmotivated but i completed the workout!!! I’m really proud of myself for doing it!!!❤
