ОтветитьThank you Caroline! The single leg hamstring thrusts hurt but in a good way, whoooh, working those muscles to be strong. Used 2x 7kg for the heavier exercises, 10kg for the thrusts, and 5kg for the balance rdls

ОтветитьI did this series today and although the RDL's did a great job of working the hamstrings and lower back, the part of my body that REALLY got tired was my hands from holding 40 pounds per hand for a minute.

ОтветитьDid 65%, need to go. RDLs are easy with 18kg, need to increase next time. Hip thrusts are hard, even with 24kg.

ОтветитьI’m 66 and loving the iron series. Today did day 16. Using 20, 15, 10lbs weights. Since I don’t have anything heavier than 20, I just do a few more.
