ОтветитьHey brother! Another Oklahoma boy here. Love your channel. Quick question about Wagyu. I just bought/smoked an 18lb American Wagyu brisket from a local ranch. I put it on at 8pm for an overnight smoke at 250 degrees on a pellet smoker. By 12am, it was temping at 190 or better. Do all Wagyu products smoke faster like that??
