I walked 40km during NS. I still remember we walked passed a Mercedes in a car park in East Coast and a couple suddenly appeared in the car. They were making out on the car. They could not drive out as the whole battalion was marching right in front of their car. Everyone was looking at them as they marched past. That was the highlight of the long and gruelling march.

Would be nice to see you guys attempt C2C. It has been on my bucket list for the past few years (together with circumnavigating around the entire island on foot), but nothing came to it so far. I can already feel the burn walking from Upp Thomson to AMK central and had to take a bus on my way back. So I have a long way to go towards before attempting C2C. 🥲

I brisk-walked home from Clark Quay to Clementi before at night. Took me about 2 hours and I actually enjoyed the journey!

Don't try Coast to Coast. It will be too torturous and uneventful. Better to walk just the scenic PCN trails and cover the food scenes. Portion by portion... all over Singapore.

From the video, I think many can tell why Zermatt's dates haven't worked out if they are not just blindly adore him for dk what reasons. He keeps interrupting others while they speak. He tends to dominate conversations and often smiles in a way that can be off-putting. Like a donkey

When I was an exchange student in Singapore last year I inadvertently tried to do the coast to coast trail! It wasn't all in one go or even completed but I spent a good time walking around Ang Mo Kio and Bishan on a quest to see a pyramid, and my attempt to visit Jurong Gardens but it was still closed at that time. I remember walking into a clearing but it quickly turned into a mini wetland. It was refreshing being back in nature even in a highly urbanized neighborhood.

I used to jog from Thomson plaza to near Lakeside mrt. Sometimes I'd jog from Lakeside to Queenstown mrt and back to Lakeside. Alwsys at night though. :)
