How to Move a Lost Or Off Screen Window Back to Desktop

I try to right click on it and it just brings me back to desktop, its glitched or somethin... none of these work for me. I used to have two monitors and now I only have one and my music app is stuck on a non existent monitor. I even resintalled the app and its still opening over there lol!
