@34Muflon If you're referring to the pic at 6:50-6:55, yes, the sun as kicker is blown -- but it should be. I'd do the same thing in studio unless I'm looking for the shopping mall "portrait studio" look. Taking the backlit accent down to detail would mean making the faces far too dark. Throwing more light back into the faces would bring down the background key, making the photograph something else altogether. High key works here -- something that turns on the pixel peepers wouldn't.

I´m wondering how she can achieve that kind of detail in a place where is not iluminated by the sun. At first, I thought there was a person using a reflector but she said there´s no more that her camera and natural light. I really wanna know the post processing work that she used to obtain that golden look and the beatiful contrast in their pictures. Sorry about my english

I agree with 34Muflon not my style but hey she is making a living and photography is like ART. There is no wrong or bad you may not like it but others will.

Great interview - I really like her work! However, and I mean this in the best way, you need to move the camera shooting the guest WAY OVER to the left. There is not much difference between the two-shot and one-shot angles. The one-shot also suffers from being a profile shot. Not flattering at all. You might have to rework the backdrop to allow for this, but it will make a HUGE difference. But, please, keep doing these shows. They're great!

@mf12372 first off.. no its not just me..:) some people feel the same way as i did.. 2nd.. i'm not saying that i dislike her photography.! but fx. theres a picture of a dad, mom and son. where i personally think that the faces of the people see took the pictures are washed out.. har to see the persons in the picture.. How ever some like it some doesn't. and personally i think SOME of them have to much loss of detail. and funny when you write Its just me when some agrred right before your comment

@34Muflon It's just you... Because that is how photography goes, each person has the look they like.

i like her pictures.. however alot of them are overexposed and there by loss of detail.. some of the pictures i would prefer some more detail in the faces.. and not quite so washed out... maybe its just me...
