Ответитьok so I'm gonna try this for a month current weight = 50kg current height = 155 cm/5 foot can't Say age
Day 1: very hard but I felt the burn did it with other exercises did it 2 times
Day 2: I was busy so couldn't do it
Day 3 yesterday I didn't do it so today I did it 4 times with other exercise (weight: 49kg) nice I lost a kg.
Day 4 i did it it was good but still hard😅
