Nice layout again but too small needs to be wider and longer. Then you could have a dedicated front entrance, bigger living room, every room would have more space. Again good concept and layout but just too small.

Que bonita casa , pequeña pero funcional

This is a well laid out home for a couple and for retirees. Although I'm not keen on entering into the kitchen, the front door could be relocated. The kitchen isn't large, but the generous pantry offers lots of counter and storage. The openings to the laundry room and to the pantry are a proper uses for pocket doors. If a mud room is desired, the back door could be into the laundry room. This is a house with options.

Adorable and functional. I would replace the picture near the front door with a closet cabinet. I'd like a half bathroom somewhere but the only place I can see is to replace the pantry with one and of course with a window. Is that a small fridge in the pantry ? I know some people love fireplaces, I don't but that is a personal preference.

I love the butler's pantry and the storage behind the kitchen sink! Each bedroom needs its own bath. A beautiful floorplan!
