You also need to keep the top of any battery clean.  The dirt and dust covering the battery top can make a week short between the + and the - thus running the battery down and impeding charging.  I'm a big fan of Optima battery's, some of mine have lasted more then 10 years and can be mounted on there side if needed.

my battery has 550 CCA, but it shows 595 CCA and the green light is on. But how can this be possible? It should not show more than the 550 CCA.

Clean battery terminals easily with baking soda and water, Maintenace battery requiring Distilled water in cells, keep baking soda OUT of these cells, just a Reminder. Clean terminals with Battery Brush unit, clean area, rinse with some water then with a Disposable paper or cloth towel clean to dry. Coat terminals and Battery Clamps with Dielectric Silicone Grease and place Battery pads on each terminal. Tighten clamps enough so they Don't Move when applying twisting pressure with hand. Never Over Tighten terminals. Last apply dielectric Silicone Grease on each Terminal. I believe the Dielectric Silicone Grease is also referred to as Bulb Grease. I have used this method for 40 years, and I never have Battery Corrosion.
