THOUGHT ABOUT SPEAKING IN TONGUE - BISHOP MAR MARI

It’s ok, we believe in speaking in tongues but even if he doesn’t believe in that we all need to take example the Grace that is upon him to speak about certain things with love and without condemning others who don’t think the same

Trust me speaking in tongues is real i was 15 and starter giving my life to Jesus and my mouth started shaking and i started crying, And i felt so much Love of Jesus and how mighty he was trust me its real!!!!

Tongues are in the Bible and true believers of Christ everywhere in the world speak in tongues every day by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. This is why it is important for everyone to read the Bible for themselves.

Mark 16:17

This is false teaching by Bishop Mari!

My brother Mar Mari is completely off the mark there. Read Acts 2:1-15. This is one of my problems with following and listening to bishops, preachers, prophets and such. When something does not happen to them, they claim it does not exist. The man who said the Holy Spirit spoke in Aramaic on his behalf was likely showing off - there is a lot of that. But it shows lack of knowledge and understanding for a man of Mar Mari's age to speak this way and refute something that is clearly in the Word of God. In 1 Cor 14:2, Paul says 'For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries'. Clearly this shows that tongues are real and many people on the planet speak in tongues.

I've been speaking in tongues from childhood, from about 4. When I experienced trauma at age of 7 - I had to be hypnotized to stop the nightmares. I stopped having nightmares, or dreams and stopped praying in tongues too. Years later, I started dreaming and having visions again, and it was only in dreams and visions did I speak in tongues. The ability had been buried deep, but in my sleep, subconsciously I spoke, prayed and sang in tongues. Many times family member would ask what I was saying after waking up from one of those dreams, where I'd been talking in several strange languages. I few years ago, I fell asleep in my chair and entered a vision. In this vision, I was standing in front of man - a prophet in a small room with a very small congregation. I asked the Holy Spirit what I was doing there, and He explained that this man needed to activate me. All he had to do was touch me. I said to the Holy Spirit there many demon possessed fake men of God out there, and I was not having any person put their hands on me, especially my head. He then answered that this man was already instructed not to touch my head, but my belly instead.

In under 3 months, my wife and I had visited her home in South Africa. I new of a man who had become close to me, like a brother. He said to me that he needed to meet me in person. We had spoken many times on the phone, and had planned on meeting if I was ever in South Africa or Zimbabwe. I arranged his travel to South Africa. He then explained that the reason he had to see me was that the Holy Spirit had instructed him to activate me - because I spoke in tongues already, but something happened many years ago, and it had frustrated the gift. My wife was there too, and he said that God asked him to do the same for my wife. We just touched my wife on her belly, and asked her to just be calm, and repeat. It was amazing, in a few seconds, my wife was speaking in a language I never heard before, and with impressive power, like something speaking through her. The prophet then turned to me. I was still puzzled by my wife who was getting louder. The room had an amazing presence, like an energy that felt like I was in a warm swimming pool - the feeling of being surrounded by an immense energy. He touched my belly, and asked me to follow him, he was rumbling. I was thinking o myself this is just some magic or... The thought did not complete. I erupted in a a tongue that shook me, but was so familiar. It was so intense I felt like was about to float in the air, I have light and heavy at the same time. I felt pressure in my head, and my tongue just could not move fast enough. I then realised that my sister was speaking in tongues too, but I shut everything out - I wanted nothing but to submit myself to this experience. Then it really picked. I noticed that I spoke in more than 10 tongues, easy, but had not idea what I was saying. This is the man I was shown in a vision, and what transpired is exactly as the Holy Spirit has shown me. My brother, Prophet Jeremiah had been told I've speaking in tongues from childhood and all I needed was someone filled with the Holy Ghost to activate, like an electric shock.

Many years later, I pray, I speak and I sing in tongues, many more than the 10 I picked up initially. I had a vision too where there were demons dressed like men, and they spoke in some heavenly language. I understood what they were saying. So the ability to speak in tongues, also comes with the ability to interpret - but I've had that happen in a vision or dream. The reason why I do not want a man touching me is that the world is full of satanic, devil worshippers pretending to be servants of God. I do not bother with church, but I pray every day. I speak to my Father daily, about everything. When I read the bible, the Holy Spirit guides me, in the real physical sense. One time I was reading Exodus after Moses had lead Israel from Goshen and they were now compared at the estuary of the Red Sea. While reading I felt a hand touch my shoulder, and a voice say 'did you understand that, read it again'. This happens all the time, sometimes its a nudge on the shoulder, a voice or I start speaking in tongues.

Please as humans, let's learn to talk to God on our own. The churches are becoming gateways to hell, and to have a relationship with God, just seek Him on your own. It is hard at the beginning, but you'll get help from the Holy Spirit. People who have their own agendas, who are mislead, you have shortcomings, will surely mislead you.

I pray that anyone who has read this is blessed by our might Father, that the Holy Spirit reveals Himself, and guide you in developing a unique and beautiful relationship with Father Yahweh, our Lord Yeshua and our companion the Holy Spirit.

Oh my goodness, speaking in tongues is not biblical???..It is written in the bible speaking in tongues is an unknown language between the believers and the Lord. No one understands even the devil doesn’t understand, only God Almighty understand

Brother you need some help and if sometime If you allow me to add some positive aspects and theological grounds to help you clarify your confusion regarding speaking in tongues and the baptism of the holyspirit provided if you are not a cessaionist in approach. I love Mari. I love how he live Jesus.
But speaking in tongues is 100+1% biblical and accurate, because Paul spoke in tongues and all. When we don't know how to pray, the spirit pray for us, it used to edify us.

I speak in tongues since I was 14 yo and I was know nothing about it that time, the only thing I know at that time is that I was too hungry for a new depth with the Lord but I didn’t know how to explain that then I found myself speaking something I didn’t understand but I couldn’t stop the whole night and it gave me sooooo much peace and joy, no one will understand how important is this until they experience it… speaking in tongues is not for you to understand what you are praying for, it’s not about what your friends understand what you are praying for but about the Holy Spirit praying through you and intercede through you, what a privilege! When our minds and thoughts can’t understand everything, when our knowledge is so limited but the Holy Spirit is speaking through us!! Sad, sad, just so sad that Bishop Marmari don’t want to understand all about the tongue because he hasn’t received it NOR experienced what Aposle Paul are saying it(1Cor Chaptor 14) whole chapter). I speak directly to God in speaking tongue and receive the benefit of being edified for myself everyday. I will declare it and it is all Biblical!100% !! Please read all Bible about the Tongue that the Paul said about God still distributing this gift as the evidence of being baptized by Holy Spirt and for His glory!!

Truth be told for a religious man to know God like Bishop Mari does I bless the Name of the Lord! I wish he also had the gift of tongues🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Tongues are an oil to the engine of our faith. The language of the spirit easens prayer: there are times when your spirit is tired, dry and thirsty; praying in tongues thru the holyspirit makes intercession thru you and you are revitalized 💦 😅

Hmm 🤔 I believe in tongues, Paul talks about this a lot in New Testament. Jesus Christ is the love of my life . He is the way and the truth and life . No one can go to the father or even get into heaven without Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the only one I would bow to. Yes Mary is the mother of Jesus, but Jesus is king and Lord.

Like I said except if there's some other references you give, I affirm that the tongues spoken about in Acts 2 are purely different dialects we speak.

My Bishop you are right and truthfully, tongues are mentioned in the bible but it meant speaking in different languages and not abracadabra

Unfortunately mar mari has no proper understanding of the biblical spiritual gifts, he should not talk and teach about something he doesn't know.

But if there is no interpreter, he should remain silent in the church and speak only to himself and God.
