War crimes in Ukraine: Recorded pain | Documentary series «SCARS» | Film 20

The film «Recorded Pain» of the project «Kharkiv Region: Ruined, but Invincible» describes the crimes committed by the Russians on the territory of the Malyniv community of the Chuhuiv district. Residents of this village were the victims of the use of Russian cluster munitions many times. Occupiers constantly use this weapon to destroy large areas. But when it is aimed at civilians, it is a sign of a war crime.

The Rushists were shelling the Malyniv community from February, 24 until September. During the active phase of the fighting there were both dead and wounded in the community.
Yevhen Chudnyi, the deputy head of the village military administration, tells about it. The police officer of the community, Oleksandr Kindyakov, remembers how many times he had to save compatriots during shelling: «Hurricane», «Tornado», «Grads», «Pions».

The consequences of these attacks were terrible: dead and wounded locals, their destroyed houses and property. All those facts were recorded by the police.
