In this video, I’m sharing the actions I’ve taken to refresh my workflow process using Microsoft Planner, after I discovered that I was no longer finding my original board as relevant to the way I was working in my business.
Often, when we spend time creating content or systems for our business, we feel like we have to keep using them, or simply abandon them entirely and do without, as our own working style, processes, and workload evolves and develops.
NOT TRUE!
You are perfectly entitled to adapt existing systems, or create new systems entirely that will align with how, and who, your working style has evolved.
That’s one of the joys of working with Microsoft 365! I’m showing you how I’ve taken the working parts of my original Planner board, to create a newer, more streamlined and aligned version (to my current thinking and work style), so that I can get out of my own head, and back to what I love doing!
And while the way my brain follows a workflow may not align with yours, that doesn’t mean there aren’t some ideas in here that you can apply in your own assessment of what’s working and not working for you right now 😉
