• Saving environment, including water management, health and wellness care, innovation and creativity in education, responsible role of Media-Entertainment industry in nation building through value based society particularly our Youth.
• Tourism Industry can also play very imp. Role in startups, self-employment, entrepreneurship and overall economic multiplier.

Tourism can be a major revenue generator for all the north Indian states, if there is joint planning, marketing and innovative management of Tourism Products and Services. The Northern part of India has witnessed increase in tourist visits, boosted by government initiatives to promote Film Induced Tourism, Cultural Heritage Tourism, Holiday and Leisure Tourism, Soft Adventure Tourism, Pilgrimage and Spiritual Tourism, Medical and Wellness tourism, Golf Tourism, Weekend Tourism are some of the segments driving tourism in the north Indian states.
As we all understand, that Tourism boosts the revenue of the economy, creates thousands of jobs, develops the infrastructures of a country, and plants a sense of cultural exchange between foreigners and natives.
There are large number of direct benefits of Tourism, which include economic support for hotels, motels, resorts, restaurant, retail shops, transportation services, entertainment venues and attractions, while indirect benefits include government spending on related infrastructure, plus the domestic spending of Indians employed in the tourism sector.
When we plan for the entire northern India for Tourism potential utilization, we can adopt three levels of planning, which are usually formulated in accordance with the national level tourism policy and plans. Second is, Regional level planning, which is more specific than national level. And the third part is that in some regions, sub regional level or local level planning is required.
Let us plan, market and manage Tourism keeping our Youth in perspective as Tourism can be passport to Global Peace.
