Demonstration project: e-Care communication platform (call 2)

This demonstration project intends to achieve a better exchange of data between the various home care assistants and a better understanding on the part of the client as regards his or her individual care file. Instances of care provision are saved by means of a mobile device and automatically transmitted to the e-Care communication platform. This information can be retrieved by the clients themselves and by the various home care assistants at all times. The project will examine the extent to which this platform will enhance the efficiency of care and be an improvement for the client.
