This adapter sounds great, but did you take into account the false 12v on the 5v line of the NANDS which frequently burns them? It would be awesome if this adapter would also protect the data from this common failure.

Cool engineering replacing the non replaceable NVME storage, but rather the option of leaving the original internal storage intact, and providing an additional slot for NVME storage which would be practical for MacBook owners who have large amounts of storage, this is better for the environment too, lets not make waste of our electronics in place of trying to get Apple to listen to their consumer base.
