Perform each move for a minute with little to no rest between moves:

Overhead Split Squat to Hinge- Left
Overhead Split Squat to Hinge- Right
Plank Trench Crawls
Back Plank
Side to Side Pike Pushup
Staggered Stance Bent-Over Low Trap Y-Press- Left
Staggered Stance Bent-Over Low Trap Y-Press- Right
Side to Side Pushup
Pulsing Lateral Squats- Left
Pulsing Lateral Squats- Right

That’s 1 round. Perform a single round as a starter or finisher. Perform 3-5 rounds for a full workout, resting 1-2 minutes between rounds.
