UNICEF Gala Capri 2022 Vlog

Please join me behind the scenes during 4 days out of my working life as I travel to Capri, Italy to accompany Sofia Carson at the UNICEF Summer Gala 2022. Behind the glamor of the star studded event, there was lots of travel, rehearsal, a little sightseeing and even an impromptu piano lesson for Sofia's sister. I'm so proud to work with Sofia and her team. Together with everyone else involved, we helped raise $8 million for children's relief all around the world. The entire island got in on the excitement. One of the best seats for the entire concert was the tiny hotel up on the hillside whose video is featured near the end of my vlog. Jennifer Lopez turned up the wattage and delivered an incredible performance. J-Lo's guitarist is my former professor and current USC faculty colleague, Andy Abad. Returning back to my hotel at 5am, the island's serenity offered a beautiful contrast before my journey back to Los Angeles. I'm lucky and proud to be a musician.
