Just bought a different one 2 days ago because you don’t have a course but the way Tony explains things, the details he includes, the practical examples he uses/shows, the deep dives in to critical components (market, CoC return, etc), systems & processes and style he uses to cover the info is easy for me to follow and speaks to how my mind works already. Do you openly tell your mortgage lender the property is for an air bnb? My lender still treats it as an investment property and requires 15% down for single family homes.
