Hii. How many days did you receive your visa after the interview?

Am opened to be corrected....visa isn't 100% guaranteed and why do I need to buy travel medical insurance to process my visa for Romania unlike Czech Republic it's after you went for interview at the embassy and when it's sure that your visa will be approved the embassy will sent you mail to purchase insurance and provide it on your day your coming to pick up your visa but it's not same with Romania or am I not getting it
