This is going to sound weird, but I want to experience the legendary winter just once.
ОтветитьYESSSSSSS!!! ♥♥♥
I second all these reasons, and let's not leave out the world class art scene! 🎇
Nice Content 💯 Specially I Like Your Energetic Spirit, Keep It Up
ОтветитьYou got me excited. Was hesitating between Seattle, Portland ,NYC and Chicago .
ОтветитьI have a heath and wellness business
ОтветитьIm looking for a nice high rise with luxury amenities.
ОтветитьHello Caira
I'm originally from the north suburbs. However, I'm currently living in Scottsdale, Arizona. I'm planning on moving back to Chicago.
retiring
I lived in Chicago for nine years and relocated to Phoenix for work two years ago. I miss it SO much, and will take the winter over 110+ degree weather ANY DAY. Trying to get back--you don't realize how special it is until you leave.
ОтветитьReasons to not live in Chicago 1. Nearly a Billion Dollar deficit 2. They tax you so they can support the illegals 3. The laws are written in preference of the criminals 4. Criminal politicians
ОтветитьCiao sai dire qualcosa sulla scena culturale della città? Biblioteche, librerie, teatri, cinema, ecc.
ОтветитьDo you know anything about living in Chicago as someone from the UK ? It literally ticks all of my boxes
ОтветитьWhat about the weather?
Ответитьwhy is it White Families do not rent or buy around 77th & Jeffery where I used to teach....? why not tell the truth about Chicago..???
Ответить😊 I visited Chicago in May 3, 2018 to May 7, 2018. Since I lived in New York for almost 😅 52 years which from March 28, 1973 and known New York, I feel like 👍🏼 I want to move to Chicago and live there or live in LA
ОтветитьAgree with your 10 but would also add Broadway! I live in the Loop in the heart of the theatre district and so many amazing shows come here before they go to NYC. This is the best city I've ever lived in (in the US) and can't imagine being anywhere else.
ОтветитьYou mean Lake Michigan is “like a beach” lol not an ocean
Ответитьunless your black
Ответить✨WE LOVE CHICAGO!!!✨ Amazing city!!! 🏙️ Been here since 2017 and was a several times per year visitor prior to that!!! 🤩
ОтветитьChicago winters????
You have got to dress for it. Most of the people I see in the winter that are miserable are NOT dressed for it. Running shoes and ballet flats are not going to cut it. The coat you need for zero is different from the coat you need at 25. Or 45. And not to sound like your mother but where are your fucking gloves, hat and scarf?????
I do not have a GED or a diploma, but im thinking of the best sucess in Chicago, to the Navy
ОтветитьI was born in Honduras , but i do look like im from the USA because i grew up there since i was a child. Since i was 5 or 4 years of age.I went to school, i have diplomas and i need a career to get a four year college degree in the US Navy. In Chicago im moving by myself.
ОтветитьIm not a retarded no more im just saying
ОтветитьGood job, from a Chicago native 💯
ОтветитьJust got back from my first trip to Chicago, and I know exactly what you mean about being inspired by the architecture of the buildings! It’s like looking at mountains from afar and just admiring them. Cannot wait to visit again!
ОтветитьI think this woman fell on her head when she was a baby and she can't help herself Chicago is a s*****
ОтветитьToo expensive and dangerous public transport at night
ОтветитьI love the city! wish i could afford it though
ОтветитьGood information. But I’d rather see more of the city and less of the person. Why do YT content providers feel they need to be in front of the camera all the time? Show us content. The video made it difficult, actually impossible to know what the city was like. More views, less narrators.
ОтветитьI agree with you about all of that. Chicago rocks
ОтветитьChicago is known for it world class museums.
ОтветитьI agree about the seasons! I was just saying how I hate living in Nevada because I miss winter (among other reasons). It feels like Groundhog Day here because every day feels the same. Summer is my favorite season and I still don't want it every single day forever.
ОтветитьIm moving to Chicago with my sister and im so excited
ОтветитьWe go to Chicago every July for a week (Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday) and we love it. I want to move near there so I can go to a lot of the events that happen. We have gone in May, July and October. Our normal time to go is in July. I can tell you that a week is never long enough. SOOOOO Much fun.
ОтветитьLive in Chicago? Really?
Mmm: Crime, corruption, expensive, liberal leaders, and more mass shootings everywhere.
Stay away from this city. Stay safe.
What about the Arts?
ОтветитьI'm thinking about moving to Chicago. The only problem is that I don't have a lot of money. This means I'll probably have to rent in a pretty crappy area, and I don't want to get shot. 😒
ОтветитьWhat an enthusiastic video! Makes me excited!!
ОтветитьI was born and raised in Chicago.
Our lakefront is the jewel in Illinois' crown.
Diversity is appreciated.
Tbh, most of the L in Chicago is stinky. As soon as I had a car, my whole life changed to a much better page.
ОтветитьThank you for calling it the sears tower and not the willis tower
ОтветитьThe rightwing media likes to vilify any region of the country/city that isn’t in RED states. People need to decide for themselves, but I’ve found Chicago to be an extremely vibrant (unlike many Southern cities, that pretty much close up after working people return to the suburbs), and surprisingly, Chicago is quite affordable. Winter’s😅can get chilly during some weeks in the Winter, but personally, I’ll take that over the 90F+ and 90% humidity you find in all of Florida’s cities, and pretty much all of Texas…and in Arizona, it gets to well over 100F. So, if you’re old, yea, you might like Florida better…but prefer Chicago’s weather and nightlife far more than most Southern cities, including those in Arizona.
ОтветитьI'm super hyped for the winter actually. I know people worry about it, but in north Carolina I feel like I haven't seen real winter in forever. I am excited to move there later in the year, still looking at where, but somewhere in the core.
ОтветитьI've been around the country and choose to live in Chicago. I live within walking distance of Navy Pier, the lakefront and two beaches, the Riverwalk, Millennium Park, the Art Institute, The Museum of Contemporary Art, and Michigan Ave. It's great and we take advantage of these amenities and lots of excellent restaurants.
ОтветитьChicago summers are the BEST. Everyone comes out of hibernation from Winter and False Spring and there is definitely an energy / mood. Everyone is excited to be out doing stuff. The food in Chicago is lowkey probably some of the best in the country. Slept on for sure.
ОтветитьThe sun shines in Chicago 😮
ОтветитьYou Been to Portillo's Hot Dogs & Italian Beefs?
ОтветитьI Love Chicago in Spring, Summers & Fall, White Christmas Holidays
ОтветитьI lived in Chicago, briefly last year.
You will NEVER try all of the great restaurants in Chi!
Great summary
You did not mention Devon avenue pakistani food ! All 100 percent zabiha halal
It’s beside the point but she is such a positive person
