FAQ:
What app did you use?
For this specific video, I used iArtBook and CapCut!
I use a variety of apps depending on the video so I’ll always update their description accordingly.
What are “MAPs”?
MAP stands for Multiple Animator Project. Different animators collaborate and make their own small segment of a certain song or given background. Once finished, every part will be combined into a huge project. If you’re confused, go look at my playlists- I have one dedicated to every MAP I’ve been a part of.
Why do some of your animations look different than others?
Depending on the MAP, I use a variety of ways to animate. For example, some MAPs might request that you limit movement in your part or you focus more on the scene than the animation itself. I use a computer technique called tweening for these- the computer just moved certain parts of an image for me! Some of my animations might appear more “smooth” than others because the computer is moving it for me. In other parts, it may be more choppy because I may use frame-by-frame animation. I just like switching it up so I don’t get bored of animation fast. However, doing it frame by frame definitely takes longer.
Do you edit some of these animations?
Yes, sometimes I put in transitions if I’m changing scenes or simply put in effects. Often times I like to sync transitions with the music.
I’ll add more questions here if I see need to 👍
