ОтветитьBecause Seele has a scythe it would be cool if like her ult did like 25% max health to the enemy like a execute ability so there is no guesswork if the ult should or should not kill and shes the only character that can do max heath as dmg. Now Castorice has a scythe too and there is now true damage so now I'm worried she would just do Seele job but better.
ОтветитьI really like these changes. I know Hoyo is loathe to change characters after release, but I really think they should consider doing it eventually to bring older characters up to par.

Ответитьi like seele's design very much... it's to sad that even Xianzhou in 1.0 already powercreeping her. and later in 1.x her power already seen useless especialy after DHIL and Jingliu release. even so, both already being ppowercrepted so hard
ОтветитьI got her to E2 at launch and she carried me so hard all the way until Jingliu powercrept her. Like you said, she’s still pretty strong and I think mine is extra strong. But yea, she’s still good and still reliable. She doesn’t need multiple supports like JY to be good at least.

Ответитьmake her skill get enhanced by some charge mechanic to stronger blast or just overall change to a blast attack and half the issues are fixed. the other half is making sure her ult crits, maybe by making the ult hit multiple times -- maybe the frustration of playing seele is why most if not all current DPS have so many hits on their damaging attacks, or just unreliant on crit.

ОтветитьI lost my F2P gacha virginity to Seele, i whaled to get Seele because gacha game first banners are usually godlike and wont get powercrept for a couple of years but she's pretty much obsolete by 2.0

ОтветитьYknow what they could do is introduce a quest to upgrade the kit, just like in FGO! tho' it might be far fetched as HSR will keep implementing newer characters that are better just for the sake of monetization, Seele was actually my fav. character only to be shafted by newer dps :(
Ответитьsince fugue could make team break enemy weakness multiple time why dont make a support that can divide enemy hp, making enemy hp into 3 bar for normal, 5 for elite and 7 for bosses, depleting each bar is considered elimination granting seele turn, depleting 3 bar generates skill point, fully eliminating an enemy advance turn by 100%, each bar enemy hp has gave them increased dmg taken debuff, idk if this good but u guys can refine it

Ответить... I don't know about hoyo, but you just gave me the inspiration for Miraia's kit in my own gacha game I'm making... Budding Lotus, builds up each strike, Ult deals (Stacked value x 50% of Attack) + 100% of Attack of character... has passive talent adding sp for each kill using basic, and spreads Budding Lotus to each enemy for Skill Kill, and also an extra attack whenever her Budding Lotus hits 11 stacks...

With them releasing official archtypes: dot, fua, ultimate and break, I would love to see old units revived in this way
E.g Seele and Blade are FUA, Jingliu and DHIL are ultimate based

ОтветитьHonestly i want ressurgence to trigger ON THE NEXT TURN like i played memory of chaos but always found it weird that dr ratiocould trigger his follow up attack after killing the enemy on the next turn but seele's ressurgence just staright up becomes useless and not trigger afterwards

Ответитьleaks say resurgence will proc when enemies have 50% or lower hp. Her skill will increase from 220% of her attack to 495% of her attack, and her ult changes from 420% of her attack to 545% of her attack. I think shes gonna do tons and tons of damage it'll make her usable but not really t0 unfortunately. Obviously this is still pretty early, things might change tho who knows.
Ответитьpersonally, I think you can buff her with another character that has an affect that applies a debuff to enemies making a hit by ally count as a "Death" to trigger her unique talent
ОтветитьYanking needs a multi hit mechanic on follow up attacks (so it pops 2-5x) which happens whenever an enemy takes ice damage (from any source) with an additional turn on kill = support.
ОтветитьSeele design is to be this fast dps faster than ur average dps going from one target to another like a butterfly, all they should do is make resurgence trigger every time she uses her skill and increase her multipliers as well, maybe that butterfly flurry stack which is also a GREAT idea

ОтветитьWell too bad I guess. Because I absolutely love her character and she’s quantum so yeah I would dump all my jade into her banner if she comes back. That speed boost plus resurgence would work pretty well with march 7th hunt style. Throw bronya on the squad and you got a lot of turns for Seele and by default a lot of March going hard.

ОтветитьYou can also make her Ult giving the missing stack after damage. For exemple, if only 6 stacks are applied when hit, the ennemy after the ult will start with 4 stack. So U can keep they identity of fast single target, and not make her wait. It can also give funny combo if the player manage to keep her ult up fast.

Ответитьthis is my idea of how to modernize Seele's Kit:
Talent: Now, when she has Resurgence, she additionally gains 25% Crit. Rate and 120% Crit. DMG.
Ultimate: If she doesn't defeat enemy with Ult, automatically triggers Resurgance extra turn one time. if she did defeat enemy with Ult, she gains 2 extra turns instead. Resurgence extra turn triggered by Ult can lead into another additional turn, up to 2 time. Increase Multiplier from 450% > 500%. (By "chaining" i mean that Seele can trigger Resurgence extra turn from the Resurgence extra turn. This effect, once again, only takes effect if Resurgence extra effect is triggered by ult)
Trace (A2): rework = reduce the chance of her getting hit by enemy if her HP is 50% or lower > rework: when she enters Resurgence state, she enters the Phantom Butterfly state for 1 turn. in this state, she can't be targeted by enemy attacks (still can be hit if the attack is AoE or Bounce), and increase her SPD by 25% (Independent form her skill). If there is no other alive ally in the field, she now can be targeted, but takes 70% less damage.
Trace (A4): Buff = in addition of 20% of Quantum Res Pen while in buffed state, she will heal her HP equal to 10% of her ATK at the start of her next turn.
Trace (A6): rework = advance next turn by 25% after using basic attack > using Skill or Basic Attack in Resurgence state, record 10% of the damage dealt (including overflow dmg (a damage that is dealt even after the enemy's HP is at 0 or already defeated)). When using Ultimate, deals True DMG to the target equal to 100% of the recorded damage, then reset the recorded amount.
Skill: SPD increase can now be stacked up to 2 times
Basic Attack: now advance her action by 20% (from trace moved to basic attack)
Eidolon 2: Stack limit increase to 3 times.
Eidolon 4: Energy regenerated on kill = 15 > 20
Minor Trace change: DEF 12,5% > Crit. Rate 10,5%
