hopefully,someone can help, when i accept a
video call, it automatically shuts off, so im no loner able to video\audio chat. but i can go to the facebook site and make video\audio calls with no problems,,, what can i do? i factory reset twice already, And checked for udates...

My portal will not recognize my internet. I've reset it three times, it will allow me to add my internet password and accepts it, but it will do nothing but spin when attempting to update the software. HELP!!!

Nice video. One tip I have for the Portal is putting it to sleep. Just say "Hey Portal....Go to sleep." It's great if you want to turn it off and you are not near the screen. It works for the Google Home screen, too. "Hey Google...Go to sleep." I love this trick. Found out about it by just trying it. I just got my Portal a few weeks ago for $35.00 from HSN.
