You play him for 60 minutes in an attack minded lineup, up top at least..... and try to get as many goals as possible, then for the remaining 30 you bring on Aaronson, who'll chase down the ball and help out defensively, where he will be used to hound the opposition, and secure points whether thats from a winning position or to secure a point.

Hamer gives me the idea of a player who'll move about the pitch looking for the ball, to create space for other players, play in other players and create chances to score..... He gives me Mateus Klich vibes. He's a bit clumsy though in the defensive side, but we've seen him trying to defend.

Hamer isn't lazy, he just isn't fit enough and is over weight, if he's willing to burst his balls over the summer and get on as diet then maybe. Claiming he's just built like that is bollocks, he's over weight but busts a gut whilst he able.

Hamer is a good player but if he isn’t fit and overweight he’s unprofessional. To think Farke will sort him out because his fitness demands are higher than say Wilder’s. You don’t look at the rest of the Sheff utd players and think they’re unfit/overweight. Every time I watched Sheff Utd play Hamer was on the floor holding his Hammy.

I would take him but I would rather have Eduard Spertsyan, another player we’ve been linked to.

Something we haven't spoken about is the fact that the bottom three never put any pressure on the team above them. Even if we are in the drop zone, if we can be competitive and stay on the heels of the teams above, the pressure will tell and they will drop more points. It's going to be tough but I believe we can do it wit the right additions. But we have to be ruthless, no passengers! Only interested in what's best for LUFC.

Too susceptible to injury imo, would need to lose weight , but definitely has the qualities we should be looking for and wouldn't be disappointed if we signed providing he can be kept fit.

Hamer is a luxury player that we cannot have in the PL. He is unfit, undisciplined both on and off the pitch, and injury prone. In the Prem he got 4 goals and 6 assists which isn't bad, but not setting the league on fire. His experience in the PL ended in relegation. He's not a bad player, but there are far, far better options available. Who you ask, Gus Till at PSV for £15 mil, Tom Bischof at Hoffenhiem for £25 mil, Martin Baturina at Zagreb for £22 mil. Our best signings in the last 10 years have been Raph and AO both came in from Europe, you need to broaden your horizons and look to Europe. Getting Hamer just shows a lack of ambition to me

I wanted us to sign him from cov.. very technically good player.. even if on bench.. after Aaronsen tires everyone out nipping at ankles pressing.. 1-0 down.. he comes on against tired defence.. dangerous.. that’s why dif profiles is important..

I think sheff will be asking upwards of 25 mil. Clarke and sunnerville were 25 mil last year. He's player of the season too. Let's see what business gets done

it is his assisting/ passing range at 10 combined with being a very good set play specialist.
Piroe needs a player like him, and so do all the wingers.
To have an assist / goal player at 10 is needed, but his pressing is poor.... this is where we need to spend the most.
Aaronson starts away, & Hamer starts at home sort of philosophy, or just spend bigger here, on a more complete player skill set.

I'd 100% take hamer, sure he's overweight for a professional and he always goes down with a knock around 80min but it's a match made in heaven with farke's last subs 😂 I'd offer 12mil , raising to 15 if we stay up 👍

I genuinely believe the Leeds management team already have their targets set up and ready to be landed and that Farke knows who will be in the team for 25/26, and call me a daft fool for saying it but the 5 year plan will not include relegation battle in year 1. Consolidation, undoubtedly yes, but to use a Joeism, best believe they are ambitious and looking mid table. That will be their expectation. Hamer for 12-15m would he great business. Sheff will need to sell this season. Hamer is an upgrade on both Rothwell and Aaronson amd can stsrt in either of them positions. His ability to play different positions offers great flexibility to the line up. whether we play a 6 and two 8s or two 6s and 10 he can play in both. Tough, hard worker as well who can take a set piece. get him if we can.

Hamer has a bad discipline record. Loads of yellow cards and is a drinker off the pitch. Would Farke want him knowing he has had issues with Ramazani and possibly Smidt

Think the unfitness is coming from all his pull ups and hammys. Basically it’s thought it could be linked to fitness

Any player is a risk if you base a decision solely on previous performance. I am less enthusiastic about Hamer more because I worry about his personality than his abilities as a player. He is a big unit that would be able to hold off challenges and I do think he has a strong work ethic, but he would need careful handling to ensure he integrates properly into the team.
