I feel the energies coming in and it’s so exciting and I’ve purposefully because of guidance from lovely teachers such as yourself Kerry taking time to connect with Source and create an intimate relationship and allow the flow of the energies through me. I was at work to day, and it was a bit wonky and off to say the least, energies running high! BUT THE KOOLEST THING HAPPENED! I was staring, at this blue and white checker board cloth. And it was vibrating, like through my eye. I would move my eyes to something else. And I couldn’t see it. I would them go back to looking at the cloth there it was immediately. Still vibrating! Then i got two finger and moved it in my sight of vision. It was still there! Man. How kool that experience was. I was so excited! This isnt the first time, this year a few month ago, when we were in the photon belt ( I didn’t know at the time, then found out) i could see stream of light and tiny tiny tiny orbs of light. And it was so joyful and super exciting. I think maybe I am an energy seer, I dunno? But very exciting! LOVE U SO MUCH KERRY!

My department head in my college lamented he had no professor to replace the one suddenly off sick. He needed someone to teach Anthropology and I replied that I have undergraduate coursework in that field. He immediately pulled levers and turned dials to give me two courses which are concerned with cultural and social norms and customs related to….eating and sharing food. Anthropology about family, joy, nourishment and celebration of differences in food choices. How wonderful! How creative a subject! How lucky I am!

Something that helps me when feeling too empathic is organic camomile tea. It's so lovely and soothing. I usually drink it with Yerba mate tea to balance the tiring effect.💖

I keep having a couple days of feeling almost deriously happy and then BAM anger, depression, anxiety for a few days. Frustrated with myself.

If anyone is wondering how to focus on the inner world and not distractions: turn off the news. Don't read the newspaper. Turn the volume down on the radio when news comes on. Unfollow social media pages that promote distractions. It's that simple! And we starve them in the process. Its win win!

What happened on the 3rd? The CEO of our council could not be replaced by any applicants so offered to stay on for a couple of extra years...but only if her salary got cut by $100 000...It felt like I moved into a parallel universe when I read this, maybe it is a new world.

I have had increasing nausea since Sunday. I can feel earth energies coming in and shifting the yuck that has always been there. I know if I eat the wrong food I am now going to suffer for it. Gentle exercise helps me but I know this is a clearing I have chosen and I am going with it. How good can this get?!

I’m watching this a day late. It probably explains why I was so tired yesterday. I had plenty to do but I felt exhausted before lunch. I didn’t fight it, but went to lie down, had a nap for 3 hours! Very unusual for me.

One felt terrible all day yesterday and today. I’ve had terrible allergies ( in SoCal) in spite of meditation. And I’m 77 and periodically have lower back pain ( which is off the charts) and I felt fine on Sunday. I hope this changes.
