so those are the people who deserve somebody to be trying to get a lesser punishment for them

not someone who just kills such a kindhearted person and has done wonderful things like fighting for all living things and beings

thinking that it would be fun to talk that person’s life away from them, no in this Case Dan doesn’t deserve a fucking lawyer at all

i know the justice system thinks its a human right that everyone deserves to have some one defending them no matter what they did and why they did it

but when someone badly injures someone who is such a kindhearted person and fights for animals rights and fights for women to stop them from getting physically beaten up and emotionally abusing by anybody on the street

you’d think somebody like Dan who apparently was by her side and seemed to enjoy her personally would injure and or kill somebody like someone in the Republican party

or somebody who thinks it’s justified to kill people who try to hurt Jessie

because i honestly don’t think the people who they have proven are the ones who intentionally hurt and or killed somebody just trying to enjoy their lives and are trying to be positive and happy

they deserve to be defended not the people who decided nobody matters to them

might be confused on why i mentioned that and what my intentions are for mentioning that

it is because soooo many people on Crime Watch daily request a lawyer and they most certainly don’t deserve one to defend them

i think the police in reality should not let them have a lawyer they should tell them that they aren’t getting a lawyer

and the interview isn’t over until the family you tore apart can get closure,

i love the series called “Unforgettable” you remember where it was about a lady who had photographic memory and could remember everything even if she never got a good look st first

the first season was about her trying to find her sisters killer then season 2 it kinda moved into other motivations to help people

well on the first episode of season 2 a young girl was kidnapped abd it turned out this man was involved in kidnapping another kid but he ended up being killed because he didn’t get the ransom money to the kidnappers on time

so he i guess was kinda caught up in another kidnapping st some point, best thing she ever responded too

was the guy saying” i want a lawyer”

and Carrie Wells says “ YOU DON’T DESERVE A LAWYER, WHERE’S LAURA?”

Dad was in love with daughter's killer

This is why I hate when my daughter is away from me. We always talk about safety and speaking up about something suspicious. She rarely goes to her dads and when she does it’s the longest 2 days ever. I pray for her all the time because this world is so ugly now. I have to stay away from shows like this when she’s gone because I get panic attacks just thinking “what if” ugh I can’t wait for her to come home tomorrow

When he couldn’t overpower a stranger he lied to someone who trusted him long enough to turn her back on him. That piece of garbage picked her because she was small.

This young man just told detectives that he was going over his friends house that was just raped and murdered problem is the part that this young lady’s rape situation was never told to anyone so he basically told on himself good job buddy you just gave the detectives the nails to seal your casket. God does work in mysterious ways. Rest in peace Jesse and for Dan, you already know your fate buddy. Lord please give Jesse’s most some comfort, strength and peace… I couldn’t even imagine !!!!!!!

I’ve seen this on TV, Dateline or 48 Hrs, but it didn’t include the mom’s phone call. Gut wrenching - so difficult to listen. What an horrific crime! So thankful he was caught before he killed again.

How tragic that one person is dead. At the same time how lucky that the assaulted in the park girl lived to tell her story. Thanks to her and that cop who took the plate numbers that day, the psychopath was caught and brought to justice. I bet they saved a lot of lives, that he would take if he could in the future. How evil you have to be to kill someone, and then pretend your grief to the family. Unbelievable story about evil masking so well, that without evidence nobody would know about it. He was a serial killer in training. Luckily people cared to get to the bottom of it all.
