One of the best technique training videos for crawl I have ever watched...
ОтветитьThat so-called mid level swimmer at the end can still kick my butt on any days.
ОтветитьThankyou so much for such a detailed video. ❤
ОтветитьAll the tips we need in one video amazing, thanks
Ответить1) pool end should be raised. Such low boundary wall will cause injury to legs during turning. / Difficult to understand the ends during swimming.
2) ocean walker style hands better. No need for high elbow. Strain on hands will be less
Its a Complete Swimming Lessons Video ...Thanks for this Video Especially Reda & Coach❤
ОтветитьI hate how easy she makes this look.

ОтветитьEla simplesmente não nada ela desliza suavemente sob as águas❤

ОтветитьGreat video! Just one question, it looks like she holds her breath when her head is underwater and doesn't exhale. Is that right?
Ответитьwhy does this look like it was made in 1989?
Ответить👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Ответитьthese drills are always done by professional swimmer, they do it flawlessly. In contrast, new swimmers dies like a whale even trying this.

ОтветитьI saw this video some years ago and it is so clearly explained why these drills work, that it completely changed my perception and understanding of swimming technique. The images of this great swimmer made it instantly clear what he explains and what to aim for yourself when swimming. For me, it was the start of my own swimming becoming way better. So a big thanks!
Ответитьlove it thank you!

ОтветитьFunny that she's timing her kick with the entry on the same side, not on the other side or slightly in between for powering the rotation.
