French's (the company that makes the fried onions) have made french fried jalapenos. Not all grocery stores carry it though. I've used it to top my Jalapeno Popper Dip. SO GOOD!

Please, put the recipes in the Description area. Has anyone typed the recipe yet? [Sorry, I searched and found it.] Here it is, if anyone wants it ...

Makes 6 servings
3 cans wild caught tuna, in water, drained
1 cup Greek yogurt (or mayo)
2 to vinegar (we used champagne vinegar)
1 tb lemon juice
1 tsp wasabi
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup pickles/cornichons, chopped
1/2 cup corn
1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 cup jalapeño chips, crushed touch of agave

In a bowl, add the tuna, yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice and wasabi. Mix together very well, then add in the rest of the ingredients. Toss again to coat well. Serve however you like— we loved it on crackers. Store in the refrigerator for 3 days.

My tuna salad is.
Tuna
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Wine vinegar
Black pepper
Salt
Italian seasoning
Garlic
Onion
Cheese
Dill pickle
Pickled okra

It's the recipe I came up with as an child but I do make it differently according to what I have like lemon juice, fresh herbs, sun dried tomatoes , horseradish sauce or fresh vegetables from the garden. I am also from Texas I should try his apple and corn version. My sister adds black olives to hers and grandma used capers and lemon juice.

It's so interesting how people do things so differently. When I make tuna salad, I crush up the tuna and mix it with the mayo until it is creamy and somewhat smooth. Then, I add in the other ingredients. I wonder if this would work that way, too! I've never had tuna salad where the chunks of tuna were so big before. But, it looks delicious!

Use the Jalapeño crisps in a sandwich. Sooo good. I like it with a turkey avocado sandwich with lettuce onions super thin sliced Roma tomato with kewpie mayo and a ton of the crispy jalapeños on a nice Italian bun. Yum.
