Jack Bromell | WA Street Art on the Collie Mural Trail

Artist, Jack Bromell explains the idea behind his mural in Collie, Western Australia. The work is Titled "Karda" which depicts a giant Karda (goanna in Noongar) over patterns of native flora to the area. The skin of the Karda depicts the people of Collie, past and present, celebrating the moon and the stars.

WA’s newest street art is just a short drive from Perth Western Australia, in the South West town of Collie. The Collie Mural Trail consists of 40 murals throughout the town and the biggest dam mural in the world on the Wellington Dam wall. Walking around Collie to see all the street art murals is one of the top things to do on a road trip to the South West.
