For me, when I zoom in on Scandinavia, the game comes out

in new promods in 1.48 you cannot open the map at all

Virus don't download with world combo

For anyone wondering, the crash happened everywhere around the map. It's cos the map has too much stuff to load up when you zoom in; the fix makes it so the map has less detail than it did before.
