Thank you for posting this… especially all of the various stages from seeding, to seedlings all through to the final days of that beautiful vine. I will give this a shot, despite many saying it can be difficult to sprout and maintain. I like the details (dates, types of soil blends and adjustments) you’ve provided, even as the vine was slightly struggling. I find many gardening sites don’t often follow up, your work is really helpful here! 😍

New to your channel and impressed. What a beautiful video, and I appreciate the step-by-step documentation of your PBV process (to the bitter end). I started a batch of seedlings about a month ago. Germination happened (no soaking, 3/4" cell blocks, with heat mat and LED lights), the growth is very slow, but I'm hopeful after seeing your amazing success.

Mine didn't look as full as yours when i tried. Did you pinch yours? They are gorgeous. I am now waiting for my seeds for my 2nd try to germinate. Fingers crossed.

What a beautiful tribute to an amazing plant!

I grew these from seed for the first time this year. I ended up with 3 plants that grew to about 9 inches and then just sat there for the rest of the summer. I couldn't figure out what the problem was. So disappointing ☹
