ОтветитьThose seated overhead presses are no joke. Never seen/done those before. Lasted 20 seconds on each side and tapped out.

ОтветитьHey Sam. Your videos are great. I’m recovering from elbow surgery and have been following this video and your beginner video for the last 30 days going back and forth between them. Some of the other work outs are still too much for my elbow to handle. However I was curious if you had an idea for a replacement workout for the plank pull through. My elbow cannot support my body weight yet and doing this excercise on my knees doesn’t feel like I’m working anything. Thanks for the help !!!!

Great intense workout, the only thing that I was missing was a snatch, so I did that instead of the upright rows (upright rows are not really that good for shoulder health anyway).

ОтветитьI underestimated kettlebells so much by thinking that if I can manage 20kg of weight fine, I can do exercises like these so freely too :))). This was a killer, almost passed out, but a great feeling! Thank you for the guidance Samuel!
