This looks like it could become a Korean version of khachapuri.
It looks like you could add a poached egg as a topping, scramble it into the cheese, and then fold the bread dough like the rest.

All looked good. Looking at the cross contamination though from the shrimp to the other 2 creations. My daughter is shellfish allergic.
