Robbie Mustoe is a silly boy. He thinks Man City are weaker. Absolute nonsense. Savinho will do far more for City this year than Alvarez and then you add in the continued emergence of Oscar Bobb. They will be stronger. I expect Arsenal will be better too in terms of quality in the squad.
