Hello Justina, Thank you for putting out these free workouts. I know they must be very hard and time consuming to produce. If I can make one request to you and to ALL other female fitness influencers. Due to knee injuries, I find it so difficult to do kneeling and laying down exercises. I see that you focus on those exercises extensively in all your videos and other female fitness women. I find myself doing more workouts from Male influencers because they don't focus on laying down type of exercises. I really love your style and follow as many exercises you recommend. Since I am similar in height like you, I love that you "suffer" the same issues I do. But, I think I have to wait until I can strengthen my knees before I can follow all your programs. Appreciate all you do and please don't take this as a troll comment because I am a huge fan. Thanks.

Those split tuck jumps made me feel like a ninja, all the kettlebell work made me feel like a warrior 💪🏼

Waaaay too much knee flexion in that first move, not safely available to much of the general population. Especially as the first move/warmup! -CSCS

With the clean to a split, my knees and toes aren’t flexible enough to go down very far. But I just regress the workout to what I can do. Unless I was paying to work 1on1 to work around my personal issues I wouldn’t expect you to change anything in the workout. Thank you so much for these free workouts.

Thank you so much for this workout. I'm already a member of your FITT Club on Somble but just wanted to say that I love your workouts and love that I have access to so many follow along programmes! I'm currently working through some of the hip mobility ones but will be starting the Build Programme next week once I finish the Glute Growth Pogramme 🙂

I enjoyed this a lot even though I had to modify some exercises like those split tuck jumps (I didn’t even know you can progress it like that! I saw it and my eyes widened like 😳)
