Right now, the hottest real estate trend in our local market has to be pool homes. With more people staying home in 2020, everyone’s searching for a nice backyard with a pool to create their own private oasis. 30% of single family homes sold in the Tampa Bay area in July had pools. During that same time period, 33% of St. Petersburg home sales also included a pool. Our company listed a pool home last week and within 24 hours there were 60 showing at the home and 25 offers!
