Is there any mountains where u can just walk up there instead of vertically climbing it?
ОтветитьBro that’s not a mountain that a glacier rock
ОтветитьHoly shit bro can you speak like an actual human it’s unbearable to listen to
ОтветитьI feel sick just looking at that. Everest is just a hard walk.
ОтветитьAs soon as I saw the image of the peak I did not want to see or hear about this disaster
ОтветитьCreated by the moisture from clowns 💀 the horror
ОтветитьCesare Maestri ; the bigest ever !
Messner? Who is Messner?
These true climbers are made of different stuff. Heroic legends all of them!
ОтветитьMight sound daft, but how do they verify a first summit? I guess a photo would be the most logical thing, but is that the only way?

ОтветитьIt looks like it should be situated in Mordor. Those are scary looking peaks!
ОтветитьThat's where the Grinch lives.
ОтветитьIs Cerro Torre considered to be the hardest mountain in the Americas to climb or are there more difficult climbs in the Americas?
ОтветитьNot a disaster since SMART people never go mountaineering, stupid people do so this is just natural selection at it's finest...
ОтветитьInteresting.
I might say that you can search how to pronounce those names in any translator. In Spanish, in "gu" the "u" is silent, and the alone "g" is not pronounced "sh". The name for that climber was Tomás Aguiló, and it is not the same as "Tomas Aguilo". Simply not. And it is not difficult to pronounce it.
You are such a bad reader.
ОтветитьI belive Mexico's climer Carlos Carsolio climed cerro torre too
ОтветитьI keep asking this: why do people do this stuff?????
Ответитьthis sort of thing isnt cheap either... can you imagine spending your hard earned money, doing this? wow hahaha
Ответить🍎🐦
ОтветитьThe slopes of Cerro Torre are among the most hospitable place in the universe.
Ответить“Slopes” you’re funny….
ОтветитьCerro Torre is far more impressive than Everest
ОтветитьThe Italians are among the best climbers.
ОтветитьJim Bridwell!!!! What a legend!
ОтветитьYou may love the mountains, but never forget they do not requite that love.
ОтветитьThe Cerro Torre Inevitability.
ОтветитьWhat a terrible way to die I hope that man is resting in peace
ОтветитьI was consulted by Tommy Caldwell when he attempted his summit of the Cerro's, and I raised time and time again with him that you need to be bringing some sort of firepower along with you on these trips. It helps in terrible situations like these and can ultimately save lives.
ОтветитьAmazing people saw that ice rock and got excited stiffer than it to climb it.
ОтветитьI STILL cannot believe that Lama free-climbed Cerro Torre INSANE
ОтветитьIt’s not a daunting peak. I climbed it with my uncle in 2005(I’m out of shape and from Ohio)
ОтветитьPort-a-ledge (like bear your own ledge). Not Portal Edge.
ОтветитьWould love to watch this but can’t stand ur voice brotha
ОтветитьThis is a tough one to listen to. That unique spike of rock certainly draws climbers to it. I'll stick with hard Alpine climbs in Europe. I salute these men that challenged this particular peak. God bless them all.
ОтветитьThank you for your in depth account of the lives lost on the hills
ОтветитьContent is great. Narration is amazing
ОтветитьDean potter free solo’d this mountain
ОтветитьSo his body just stays there?
ОтветитьCronaca di parte, come al solito. Ma per piacere!
ОтветитьThey hauled an old school compressor, fuel, hoses and tools up the mountain.
ОтветитьCerro Torre es Chileno y algún día toda la Patagonia
Mark my words
No sympathy for choosing to do something this foolish.
ОтветитьAs an alien from JUPITER we use our jet packs to fly around these peaks. We collect ice for our Tom Collins mix. It's better than those big round pieces of ice used in those over priced upper west side bars.
ОтветитьThis is good stuff, Cool channel name.
ОтветитьIt amazes me what these mountain climbers do!!! Just looking at that peak I was thinking "no way anybody ever did successfuly climb it"
ОтветитьIts difficult but not hard. Ive gone up lots of mountains like this in video games
ОтветитьI believe the mountains are evil.
Evil spirits rest there
The first ascent was actually from an Italian team from Lecco, lead by Casimiro Ferrari, in 1974.
