About Temple, the type of autism she had limited to her only thinking in images. Her image-imagination must’ve been exceptional. But more abstract interpretation served no use for her. She could only think of images in concrete terms; making her a very in-the-moment person. In a sense, she can’t go beyond what she directly interprets.
This stems from issues of the frontal lobe, which allows us to plan, and recognize patterns. But even with that, she still became a Master in her field.
Grievance culture made them point out different people instead of becoming a different and cultivated person. Canceled themselves.
ОтветитьYou are so valuable to us Mr Greene. Thank you for your work.
ОтветитьElon Musk and celebrities can afford to be different.
ОтветитьYoung people have always been desperate to fit in with the group. Nothing new about that.
ОтветитьWeird people are the best.
Ответить❤
ОтветитьWhen I hear people a say , "young people today" I realize that a person has gotten so old. It's usually a sign that they've forgotten what it's like to be young. My view, at 49, is that we've given very little of ourselves to the younger generation. The earth is depleted and they have very little of a future. Young people today are under rated.
ОтветитьLook at you 😅
ОтветитьSee yourself through the worthiness that Jesus Christ of Nazareth sees you 💒👩❤️👨✝️
You need God’s Grace to “PiCk YoURsELf UP FRoM YOUR BoOTsTraPs” ❤️🔥✝️💖
Mirror mirror on the wall .
ОтветитьOhh wooww
ОтветитьFirst, Left wing Nazis tyrants need to be stopped from creating division, animosity and fear. Who are the adults?! It's on us adult to provide instructions and guidance as well as calling out Left wing propaganda.
ОтветитьSi monumentum requiris, circumspice.
ОтветитьI think autism isn't the best illustration for "overcoming the struggle" for the important lesson being conveyed. Many famous historical figures that were on the spectrum made history because of their neurodivergence, not despite of it. 😉😊
ОтветитьIts because they are programmed through public schools, their parents who have been programmed, society as a whole. Its bullshit. Program program program.
Ответить❤
ОтветитьYou can be different if you put the effort being different in the way that can work for you.
ОтветитьAbsolutely true.
ОтветитьNietzsche spoke of this. Still going through the introspection phase of who I am. People constantly attacking me (even parents) for not doing things a certain way but I know I will suffer more in the long run conforming vs self-actualization.
ОтветитьBut if someone sticks out, he is pushed back down in the level in wich all others are. Sad...

ОтветитьBahahaha 😂 conforming to a group to fit in is easy… not really. I’ve been judged, outcasted and ridiculed growing up trying to ‘fit in’ to the point I just dgaf anymore. Some of us didn’t really have a choice and thank god we didn’t!! Freedom, independence, originality & strength are just a few words to describe people like us.
ОтветитьProf. Temple Grandin is a great example of believing in yourself, I admire her, she proved the disbelievers wrong.🥰🐾🐾🏴
Ответить“If we don’t do something about this, and I don’t mean, like, me” lolol
ОтветитьI find it hard to listen to Greene, but he’s bang on with this point, what he doesn’t mention at least in this clip (maybe he does in a book or something) is often people who do great things have been through adversity, sometimes pretty harsh adversity
ОтветитьYes, it is true that part of success can involve disagreeing with lots of people and later being proven right. Challenging the status quo and having the ability to analyze situations critically can often lead to innovative ideas and breakthroughs.
Here are a few examples of successful people who followed this path:
1. Steve Jobs: The co-founder of Apple Inc. was known for his visionary thinking and ability to go against the norm. He often disagreed with his own team, pushing them to think differently and create groundbreaking products such as the iPhone and MacBook.
2. Elon Musk: The CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, Inc. has faced countless disagreements and criticism throughout his career. However, his bold ideas and persistent pursuit of new technologies have made him a leading figure in the space exploration and electric vehicle industries.
It's important to note that while disagreeing with people and being proven right can be a path to success, it is not the only way to achieve it. Success comes in various forms and can be influenced by numerous factors.
Thank You Robert Greene for this wisdom.🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Thank you
ОтветитьThey have charisma
ОтветитьEncouragement
ОтветитьThank you for this supporting
ОтветитьI think that they don't want to be humiliated honestly. Being different is one thing, being an embarrassment is another.
Ответить🤠👍👌👊💯🎉
ОтветитьInteresting you say Mr.Musk ?
Of all the people you could have
Mentioned?
Slaves must look like each other! Not the rulers!
ОтветитьIf exposing yourself to a flight attendant and then offering her a horse to keep her mouth shut is odd I don't want to be different
ОтветитьI badly needed to hear this today.
Thanks, Mr Greene!
... yet they're not afraid of being impolite and of lacking manners.
Ответить"Well... Bullsh**t"
Said so smoothly:)
This is so true. Without being different what makes you special compared to everyone else. I also struggle with ADHD for my whole life, people in all classes find me weird, since today I have literally no friends, only 2 Contacts in my phone my mom and my dad. But I stay the way I am even if I annoy people because this is who I am. I will not create a character that other people will accept. If you don't like me then you don't deserve me
ОтветитьSo true !
ОтветитьMr. Robert, your knowledge is a consequence of your honesty!
ОтветитьThanks!
Ответить❤️🙏🏻
Ответить💯
ОтветитьI used to focus on other people's greatness rather than discovering my own but everyone starts somewhere
ОтветитьWell worth learning about Temple Grandin who oddly enough revolutionised humane treatment of animals in abbatoirs . She did other stuff too but that’s what she’s most famous for. I’m old and my generation fought for our right to free speech and live our own lives. Plenty of young people still do that but too many aren’t so much afraid of being different as upsetting people who probably need some challenges to their groupthink and the worst ones, those trying to impose their poorly thought out groupthink on others.
ОтветитьYoung ppl today want to fit in? It was exactly the same in the 80's. Old men have always talked bs.
Ответитьnail that stands out gets hammered down.
people arent afraid of being unique, its that once you are, you WILL be punished for it.
time to sail ! ubermench
