WGBC Fox 30/NBC 30 id promo montage 1992-2023

Here is a station ID and promo montage from WGBC TV, the current NBC and Fox affiliate for Meridian, MS and areas along I-20 and I-59 in eastern Mississippi and western Alabama. All copyrights of Global Communications and Waypoint Media and Coastal Media acknowledged. This is far from a complete montage, but the earliest IDs are from 1992 shortly after the station returned to the air, with some sprinkled throughout the mid 90s, mid 2000s, and several from the past two years, 2019 and 2020. Although WGBC has carried NBC's affiliation throughout its entire history, for the past 11 years, the station has broadcast Fox on its main subchannel, moving NBC to its second subchannel. In its current iteration, WGBC also partners with sister station WMDN, which is the CBS/MeTV/Bounce TV and other diginet affiliate for the area, for news and promotions. Together, they air a weeknight newscast called Twin States News and use the This is Home theme and slogan that most other Waypoint stations use.
