Looks nutritious, but I just realised I eat way too much. That's why I'm fat. You didn't have one sweet thing (besides bananas) all day.
My war survivor grandma stuffed me with food until I was unable to down another spoonful, and treated me with larded bread dipped in sugar. It was delicious 😅

That doesn't look bad. The only thing I'd be missing is a spoon. The bowls at the end are practically the same that I use for the cat food. Funny that you can find them as well in Uganda. They are very durable and easy to clean. Luckily, my cats eat the rats, so I don't have to worry about my dirty fingers at night.

I wouldn't sit down and eat this without a ketchup.

Everything about you and your life is so healthy and beautiful.. even the sounds in your environment… I live in a country where we “have everything”, but so few people are as joyous and rich as you live.

It is so cold where I live. It snowed a few days ago and this morning there was frost on the ground. Goodbye green plants :( I've been drying some catnip that grew this year in the garden so I think I will collect the catnip leaves today and store them. I will have to remember to wash my fingers after so the cats don't eat them at night :P

Soup is superior form of food😊 Here in eastern europe we also have it daily. Comforting and delcious

LAST week I tried some African soup, bitter leaf Nigerian soup. I didn't like it.
I think I'm being punished. I used to live in Africa, next door in Kenya: NRB & Kijabe, when I was a child.

In Mexico we don't waste any food either. Whatever we don't finish, our dogs finish it as well.
