Was really enjoying this video, but the bit that made me click like was Marc saying "I always say to fans, if you don't like it, fuck off"

He rarely points out that obviously one reason attendances went up is because 'the other' Dorking FC, formed in 1880, folded in 2017, who they were in a groundshare with, so obviously all the former Dorking FC fans, began going to Dorking Wanderers instead, which nicely coincided with their success

This guy is a legitimate dude. He manages the side still even though he had zero footballing credentials other than thinking he could just do it better than the pricks running Wimbledon and brought the whole team up to the 5th division with very little. And he is real when he says he didn’t lose the identity of a small time sunday league club because he still organises nights out for the lads and the whole team has a big drinking culture that you’d see in small clubs in all sports. He keeps it so real

He,s right as an away fan ,we were made to feel more than welcome at Dorking , similarly at Dagenham and Redbridge . Couldn't say the same for Bromley and Kidderminster the miserable gets it just makes you think twice about going if they make it so difficult when you get there ,,,many clubs throw out the " it's all about the fans cliche " but don't demonstrate that in real time ...Mark seems like a genuine bloke

One of the best episodes. Was always going to be. Mark's spot on with the refs, remove half the rules. Waste of time. More subjective less objective.
