This doesn't look like a home. It looks more like a luxury store of some kind. It isn't cozy or warm nor inviting, it's more like hands off, but then again, I am not materialistic at all, but would enjoy an entertainment home, one with a basketball court, shooting range, pool table/man cave, go carts, indoor pool etc...

I would rather have wood molding than marble, marble is great for floors, but even then, I would prefer wood floor.
The home theater is very cool, but the price on the seats. They are priced at around 27,000, they definitely don't cost anywhere near that to produce. .

I was wondering why I felt that even though high-end material is being used throughout the home, it didn't impress much, then it hit me, it's the modern style, which is kind of bland to me, not at all luxurious, meaning not a lot of fine detail/true artwork. I don't mean protruding objects, but fine symmetric design.
Who really feels that that is a gazebo? not at all.
I would agree that it feels like a resort, not a welcoming home.

I love the house, the scenery, the location but I had a problem with one thing that for sure was like dropping a bomb on the value and alure of it all. Cody compared the stairs to a hotel lobby :(. You have to understand that Dubai is an entirely different world that stands alone. As a former house flipper, it's all about location location location :)
