Btw to anyone in a situation like this if the person u are trying to evict has a record and you are scared of them you can file for an order of protection and that will prevent them from being allowed back into the home. In this case the boyfriend clearly showed how violent and emotionally charged he is, she could use that body cam footage to show a judge to get an order of protection preventing Davian or whatever his stupid name is from being allowed back into the house.
I grew up being abused can’t STAND seeing abusers get away with crap like that! Also if the person doesn’t have any criminal record just remember to call police if u have ANY domestic issues like them yelling or screaming at you during an argument or making threats anything like that, u need to document everything so that the judge has something to go off of u need proof of domestic violence or u can’t get the order remember to be honest and tell the police If you are afraid of this person because they’ll document that too. I know it’s scary because u never know how ur abuser will react but it’s so much harder to get them evicted without documentation and going through the process of eviction can take up to 6 months in some states MORE so if the person is abusive the quickest way to get them out is a order of protection plus the order will protect you if need be, it can also be granted to add in ur job and school anytime they come close u can call police and they’ll either make the person leave or arrest them for violating the order.
Make sure you do your research on the process of getting an order of protection because it’s different for every state, be honest with police and let them know if u feel that the person may harm you for reporting domestic violence, another thing is you don’t have to be dating to get the order u can get it if the person is a roommate or family member or anything like that as long as u live together that’s why it’s called domestic violence, stay safe, do your research and be honest with law enforcement.
