Whole wheat, whole grain, rye is pretty much the nutritional breads.. brown breads.. Same with rice all the brown stuff.... oats are good too.
Nothing with white flour of its whit it means the nutrition is stripped from it. And this should only be 20% of diet along with white meats and dairy for most people.
80% alkaline is good diet mostly green vegetables.
As we do more research we find healthier ways to eat. But, old habits stubbornly persist. After all, humans are "creatures of habits".

ОтветитьMy nutritional therapist has said that keto is not good for women as it lowers progesterone levels, and you shouldn’t do keto especially if you want to conceive. She also said no dairy products as they mess up hormones in women a lot. Also no gluten, starchy veg, rice etc. She also said keto can be very good sometimes for men. However studies show that in the long run testosterone drops. So a bit of carbs are necessary.

ОтветитьMy grandmother is 102 yrs old and shes been eating oatmeal everday for as long as i can remember. In fact she eats everything but in moderation and she always says if you want to live long, you have to keep moving. She doesnt work out but does alot of stuff around the house.

ОтветитьGLUTEN IS NOT THE PROBLEM. IT IS THE ALTERATION OF GLUTEN, THE ALTERED GLUTEN THAT HE MENTIONS, THAT IS NOT GOOD. THIS ALTERATION WAS DONE IN THE 60S, MAKING IT LESS DIGESTIBLE. THUS EINKORN, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN ALTERED.

ОтветитьI literally have everything to make this bread, except I do not have xanthan gum. I believe I can create the bread without it, and I will use, honey unprocessed instead of the other sugar you had mentioned I’ve tried both of them and they give me a stomachache so we’ll skip that

ОтветитьI am now a grandmother and I stopped eating Wonder Bread when I was a child. Blecch! I don't know how we ever ate it. My whole generation did! It's gross. I lived in Spain for a year many years ago. My neighborhood had a little bread shop with some of the best bread ever. Fortunately it is possible to get decent bread in the U.S. now, and I LOVE sourdough!
