How to make Flightcase for mixer

How i make a flightcase for soundcraft signature 16 mixer.

Here's a list of materials i used on this project.
1. 9mm plywood
(available on local hardwares)
2. High pressure laminates
(available at wilcon depot)
3. Rubber lining/mat
(available in online shops)
4. Twistlock, Ball corner, L-brace, handle

5. Aluminum T&G, Angle bar

tools needed
1. Jigsaw or circular saw
2. Drill
3. Riveter ( i used pnuematic riveter)
4. palm router
5. air compressor
